Our service to you: We will spend the time at the local jurisdiction researching property, tracking applications, transferring red lines, and addressing land use issues. We always have multiple projects going on so we can use our time effectively. We can take your project from start to finish, or take over during the course of review. We begin the process by delivering all plans and documentation to the municipal office. We are prepared to follow through with any necessary correction (red lines) to your plans. We use time, knowledge and experience to resolve checksheet issues, and we work with the designer and/or engineer when necessary.
