  Our service to you: We will spend the time at the local jurisdiction researching property, tracking applications, transferring red lines, and  addressing land use issues. We always have multiple projects going on so we can use our time effectively.  We can take your project from start to finish, or take over during the course of review. We begin the process by delivering all plans and documentation to the municipal office. We are prepared to follow through with any necessary correction (red lines) to your plans. We use time, knowledge and experience to resolve checksheet issues, and we work with the designer and/or engineer when necessary.

• Applications - residential and      commercial (check that site plans Include required information and prepare      application paperwork packet)
• Verify that plans are complete      and engineering matches plans.
• Completeness check to see that      all required code information is included in plans.
• Track plans through the review      process.
• Respond and/or coordinate      responses to checksheets.
• Transfer all information and      prepare plans for issuance.

The site plan is a drawing that shows how your proposal meets required development standards, erosion control requirements, utility locations, etc. These standards include such items as building footprint, setbacks, landscaping, and parking requirements.
